PROCESSING TIME

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 48-72 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. PHYSICAL DAMAGE POLICY

Physical damage to any product purchased from "SHUVO ETC" will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper installation, physical damage, burn case, removed or tempered stickers, damage caused by liquid, or mishandling any product will void the warranty. As a result, "SHUVO ETC" will return any physically damaged Products back to the customer at the customer's expense.
